If you get this error message, there are few options depending on whether or not you created a WSU affiliated account and have been issued a pass previously.
If you already have a WSU institutional Account
Go directly to NYT website or app and log-in. Your pass should already be associated with your WSU log-in.
If you do not have a WSU institutional Account
Create an account from on campus.
OR
If you are not able to come to campus, email the NYT directly, specifically the division for group subscriptions via universities (see below).
Email: edu@nytimes.com
In your email, it is helpful to include:
- a screenshot of your log-in error message with the URL
- Your affiliation with Winona State University.
- Status as current student, employee or retired employee. (Not currently enrolled? See access alternatives).
- Your WSU email, which is what the account should be associated with.
If this does not resolve the issue, please contact a Krueger librarian: ask@winona.libanswers.com
