Q. Are there conference rooms available for faculty and staff use in the library?

Conference Rooms 201 and 206 are designated meeting spaces for the WSU community and can be reserved online via Campus Room Scheduling. The rooms are not soundproof, so please be courteous to your neighbors. Rooms accommodate four to twelve people.

Library Conference Rooms 201 and 206 Policies

• Minimum of four users

• Maximum capacity of 12  

• One reservation per day for each individual user 

• Two reservations per week for each individual user 

• A maximum of three hours per reservation 

• A week is defined as a seven-day period 

• Reservations cannot be made more than seven days in advance 

• The booking system will block the user from making reservations if they have not abided by the above rules. 

• The small conference rooms will be closed during the winter and summer breaks. If one is needed for a special event, contact the Front Desk.
