Krueger Library previously had access to the subscription Refworks service. WSU's Refworks access ended in January 2022.

If you need to access your citations in Refworks, please contact Proquest Refworks and request a file download from Proquest. Your account may not be accessible via the web; however, Proquest has access to your account and your citations are stored at Proquest, the parent company. Upon request and with authentication, they will send you a file of your citations. This file can then be uploaded to a different citation management system such as Zotero.

The Krueger Library recommends the citation management tool, ZoteroZotero is a free citation organization and management online platform (with a downloadable app/client) which helps you collect, organize, cite, and share your research.
