Yes, the Krueger Library has an institutional subscription to the Chronicle of Higher Education (CHE) as well as access in aggregated databases (use the Periodicals Tab to find our full text holdings) and microfilm.

There are several ways to access the CHE. To access the most up to date content, we recommend you set up an individual CHE account with our institutional subscription. Here is how you set up an account:

  1. Find the Chronicle of Higher Education (Institutional Subscription) link on our Databases A-Z page.
  2. Select Sign In in the top right
  3. Use your StarID@winona.edu or StarID@go.winona.edu email as a login (or to create a log-in)
  4. Search for "Winona State University" as your institution.

3. If you are using a tablet or mobile device, the CHE is available through an app. After you've created an individual login linked to our WSU subscription you can login directly to the CHE app.

Note: From time to time you may need to reconnect to our institutional subscription. Please repeat the above steps to "Sign in" through our Krueger Library Database list.

4. Having trouble? Email us!
