Yes, you can ask Research Assistant for peer review only. This essentially turns on the filter for Peer Review. For example, if you ask: What recent peer-reviewed research is there about snail reproduction? The AI will turn on the database filters for Peer-reviewed and Last 5 years.
As with any library filter, it is good to verify accuracy for yourself.
NOTE: This feature can be touchy and does not always work. In particular, if you have another filter (for example, Books) selected already, it will not change the filter.
